Monthly Competition Review / Aerial Photography

This evening comes in two parts, starting with a review of the critique offered by the judge at the 1st Monthly Competition. This will be followed by a talk on Aerial Photography by club member, Andy Cheal.

20 slides – 20 seconds each

Pecha Kucha is not a new member of the Club – but a presentation approach (from Japan, by 2 European architects) which was set up to rival Powerpoint (by moving the picture on to stop the speaker droning on indefinitely over one frame).

20 pictures put into a sequence at 20 secs each, and you talk as they “go by” – so 6m 40 secs. What could go wrong?

Use of Layers in Photoshop

Have you ever been confused by layers in Photoshop. We have. So we have invited Stan Farrow to demystify this really useful feature!

Monthly Competition Review / TBC

This evening will be in two parts, starting with a review of the critique offered by the judge in the second monthly competition. Part two TBC.
